Last year I struggled with happiness. I was going through the motions everyday. I knew how grateful and blessed I was, but I never took the time to take a minute each day to truly sit down and think about what I was grateful for.
Someone I know suggested I start a gratitude journal. Here’s a link to the one I use, but there are many more out there. Mine is very basic. Each day when I wake, I write down three things I’m grateful for. It really starts my day off on a positive note! It really makes you realize how blessed you are!
If you are looking for journals that are more guided, there are plenty out there as well. This one is great! Its called 52 Lists for Happiness. They also have one for calm, togetherness, etc. Definitely check them out and consider adding it to your daily routine if you haven’t yet done so!
